A warm welcome awaits you at this modern and spacious 3 bedroomed Annexe, be you a lone traveler searching for a little peace and quiet or family searching for adventure. ideally situated just off Garforth main street with its restaurants, bars and shops and easily accessible from road or rail. Totally private with its own access from the driveway with parking for one vehicle. I live to the rear of the annex so am on hand to sort out any problems that may arise through out your stay .

Old Piggery beautiful views. Dog friendly garden.

We converted the Old Piggery over 20 years ago, and have recently done a full refurbishment. It now has a cosy snug with a sofa as well as a lounge with far-reaching views. There is an ensuite bathroom and downstairs, a shower and toilet. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with a king-sized, chunky farmhouse bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. The lounge area has a Laura Ashley sofa and snuggle chair positioned to take in a far-reaching views or a 43 inch TV if you prefer!

Relax with your family and friends at this three bed family house with fast broadband set in a quiet corner of Leeds. Enjoy the ornamental gardens walking trails at Golden Acre Park, visit the Eccup Reservoir, or drive to Roundhay Park or Harewood House. Alwoodley has some of Yorkshire's best golf clubs. The suburb is located just five miles north of central Leeds, offering a quick commute into the city. The A61 also provides a direct route north to Harrogate and the Yorkshire Dales.

Contained within a converted 19th century Chapel/School this modern single ground floor annex provides a restful haven for weary travellers. With its own private courtyard and outside fireplace there's a feeling of peacefulness inside and out. If you fancy a short stroll, the Hare and Hounds pub provides excellent food and entertainment, and there are direct buses to Leeds, Wakefield, Elland Road and the White Rose Centre.
