Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Swallows Nest is situated in the countryside, with views up to Caradon Hill, you can see the old Phoenix Tin Mine from the lounge window, now derelict, but worth a visit! It is easy to get to both the North, and South coast from Swallows Nest, giving you access to many of Cornwall's beaches and lovely little ports. Further afield are the lovely National Trust houses of Lanhydrock House, and Cotehele. The Eden Project is just over 20 miles away. The cottage has wifi, TV/Netflix/Freeview

Take it easy at this unique and restful cottage. Away from the crowds but ideally situated and within easy reach of beaches and moorland. Plenty of opportunities for retail therapy and sightseeing. The Eliot Cottage was built around 1805 and is situated right next door to the famous Eliot Arms, reputed to be one of the most haunted pubs in Cornwall but also full of history, good food and pleasant company. Tregadillet is three miles west of Launceston and a very quiet and peaceful village.
