Μπροστά από το διαμέρισμα υπάρχει ιδιωτικός εξωτερικός χώρος με τραπέζι και ομπρέλα κήπου, ιδανικός για στιγμές χαλάρωσης.

Δίπλα στο συγκρότημα υπάρχει επίσης κατάστημα με όμορφα αναμνηστικά που σχετίζονται με την αρχαία Ελλάδα. Η θάλασσα είναι στα 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Το αρχαιολογικό μουσείο Βραυρώνας είναι στα 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.
