Mit 110 Quadratmetern auf zwei Stockwerken, verbunden durch eine schöne Holztreppe, eine offene Wohnküche und zwei Bäder ein herrlicher Platz, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Frühstück auf dem Balkon, optional eine Weinbergswanderung mit Christoph, der selbst Winzermeister ist, abends Grillen im Garten,danach ein Sundowner vom Weingut - schreibt man so "Paradies"?

This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Im Sauertal, landschaftlich einzigartig und wunderschön gelegen, bieten sich Ihnen hier viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Bei uns sind Wanderer, Angler, Mountainbiker und andere Erholungssuchende herzlich willkommen.

Mijn man en ik bieden aan: een ruim (90m2) appartement van alle gemakken voorzien op tuinniveau. Aan de rand van een klein dorpje in de Eifel, met vrij uitzicht over het agrarische heuvellandschap met bossen. Onderkomen is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Rust en ruimte! Eigen parking en entree. Terras en tuin (2000m2). Honden zijn welkom. (laat ons weten bij boeking) We serveren GEEN ontbijt.

The house is located in immediate vicinity of the Dinosaur park and the hike trails of Teufelsschlucht. Beautiful Müllerthal as well as the lake of Echternach with a swim area, beautiful play grounds and other activities are only 20 resp. 10 min. away. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.

Meine Unterkunft ist mitten in der Natur am Ortsrand von Kersch und doch nur 15 Automin. vom Stadtzentrum Trier, 30 Min. vom Flughafen Luxemburg. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Gemütlichkeit des alten Gutshofes, hoher Räume, Natur, Ausblick über ausgedehnte Felder, ruhige Lage, Entspannung. Großer Garten hinter dem Haus. 50 m weiter Kinderspielplatz am Dorfbrunnen. .
