Welcome to the Cozy Corner Cottage, nestled peacefully at the end of Locke Shore Road, overlooking Malpeque Bay. With the cottage just being a 5 min drive from local restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, drug stores, County Fair Mall ,Credit Union Place and hospital, it acts as a home base while you explore our wonderful Island. We are centrally located with easy access from tip to tip. We are a 20 min drive off the Confederation Bridge and a 45 min drive from the Charlottetown Airport.

The cottage is located west of Summerside and is central to all major attractions. There is a deck on three sides of the cottage and a balcony off the master bedroom to maximize your outdoor relaxing opportunities. New for 2018. A Sun Room has been built. Our lot is right on the Northumberland Strait (Warmest waters north of Carolina's), has stunning panoramic ocean views with bank access to the beautiful beach below. A great beach to swim and explore. Features a large wrap around patio with BBQ, furniture and a large grassy lawn. It is a great place to stay if you enjoy kayaking, fishing or boating as there is a boat launch just minutes away.

Angela's Cottage by the Sea

Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.
