There is hot water in shower. Large outdoor shower room with rain and regular shower heads. Ac in room is super cold. Queen bed with foam mattress Owner lives full time on property for any needs. Studio apartment in great location! Has a Queen Bed, kitchenette, and outside garden area. Modern AC and ceiling fans. Lots of beach equipment. I have backup water cistern and solar energy (not for AC). Located in the community of Esperanza, two blocks from the Malecon. Beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, BioBay tours, groceries, & bakery are close by. Our beaches and BioBay are spectacular. Casa de Kathy has been rated EXCELLENT on TripAdvisor since 2003.

The Surf Inn

Enjoy the private downstairs apartment in our two-story house. It features a full open kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a queen bed in the bedroom with AC, a sofa that pulls out to become a second bed, and a shower with hot water. There is smart TV. The entrance is private and parking is right in front of the apartment. It's located in Villa Borinquen, a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk from the ferry station and surf breaks.
