Located at Hog Valley RV & Treehouse Resort, this small cabin is 1 exit to the U of A. Walmart, Lowe’s and several restaurants nearby. Featuring a queen bed, counter table with stools, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee service and television. Pull right up to the door! Hog Valley amenities are included. Our recently renovated tiny home is nestled on a quiet street right on the edge of Fayetteville's historic district. Conveniently located 1 mile away from Dickson St. and the University of Arkansas! A great spot to get away for two! We renovated the house in 2019 but she still has some original charm and quirks that an older home should :)
