We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

Al Ratin

The “ Ratin “ ( which means " little mouse" in the local dialect ) is a hosting structure in the town of Susa ( Turin ). It is a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom . The bedroom and bathroom are part of the owners’ house but completely indipendent from it. The bedroom , with a mansard roof , can accomodate up to four people. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free wi-fi and TV. Electric fan and mini-fridge. Free parking in private garage for a medium size car or four motorbikes.

Old stone house near Sestriere

Stone and wood cottage built in 1860 renovated in 2016 with original materials and in the spirit of the place in a tiny, isolated intact village animated in summer by a family of young shepherds who bring the animals in the pastures and produce butter and delicious goat's cheese. Equipped outdoor area without fence. Living area with fully equipped open kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace , pellet stove and two-seater sofa bed. Upstairs two bedrooms and the bathroom.

Appartamento appena ristrutturato situato nel cuore della città di Susa. A pochi passi dalla via principale e dai monumenti storici più significativi dell'intera Valle. Ubicato vicino a vari servizi: Farmacia (50 m) Supermercati (200 m) Ospedale (700 m) Il terzo posto letto è in una delle camere da letto compreso di biancheria per il bagno. La seconda camera da letto viene aperta con una prenotazione a partire da quattro persone. Il sesto posto letto è su divano letto.

Situato nel cuore della borgata della borgata Champs, accanto al centro di Fenestrelle, offro un terratetto storico ristrutturato nel 2024 fornito di tutto il necessario. La casa è provvista di 3 camere da letto, un bagno principale e uno di servizio, un balcone e una cucina con zona giorno fornita di ogni accessorio compresa la lavatrice. L'ingresso è diretto sulla strada pedonale della splendida borgata, a 100 metri dalla casa sono presenti svariati parcheggi gratuiti.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

House in a splendid position in the Alps for nature lovers. Renovated and recently expanded with the studio apartment where you will be staying. Modern but in the typical mountain style. Humble in size but independent and equipped with all the amenities you need, incl. private kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable sofa bed for two. The town Villar Pellice is three kilometres away. The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.

In the centre of the tiny village of Salbertrand, in the high Susa Valley, you'll find our family house where in 2014 we have restored this little charming apartment, trying to let you breath the typical mountain style in its interiors. 20 min by car to Bardonecchia or Sauze d'Oulx 30 min to Montgenevre 40 min to Sestriere The apartment is situated 5 min by walk from the Salbertrand railway's station. Perfect for couples.
