Welcome to our fun family getaway! Our home is equipped with everything you need to make great vacation memories: private pool, ample balconies, game room and fire pit. We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum. We offer pool heating and a golf cart rental; each for an additional fee. Details below.

This nostalgic beach front home overlooks the white sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. With interior views of the ocean from the kitchen, living room, and both bedrooms, you are in for a treat! Private parking is right in front of the house, and you can enjoy one level throughout. If you have a large party, a 1 bedroom cottage is available on the same lot. **Note** The cottage is a separate listing and must be booked separately. Since this is a green houseboat, a porta-potty is located about 50 ft. from the boat and the private parking.
