Beach is 700 steps from front door along a paved sidewalk to private beach access for the neighborhood. The Carriage House is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and solo adventurers. Attached to a seldom-used two-car garage, it is super quiet, completely private, and very clean. Your hosts are a retired couple who live on-site in a detached residence. English and German spoken. Pets (one dog only) welcome with prior coordination. Late check in is NOT available; we will meet you at the door.
