Just around the corner from Stinky’s Fish Camp, Santa Rosa Golf Club, Topsail State Park, Coastal Dune Lakes and Gulf Place Town Center. Since this is a green houseboat, a porta-potty is located about 50 ft. from the boat and the private parking.
