The Stable, Curbar in the Peak District National Park is newly refurbished in contemporary style. The 200 year old stone stable has stunning original features mixed with a modern look and a wood burning stove. With one bedroom the stable is perfect for a romantic weekend or a peaceful solo break while the double supreme sofa bed makes it perfect for friends as well. From the doorstep you can walk up to the beautiful Curbar Edge and also down to the Bridge Inn or Chatsworth is a 10 minute drive.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. You arrive, settle in, and the pace shifts almost immediately. From there, the days unfold simply, out, back, rest, repeat.
