Spacious apartment on two floors with two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, two separate toilets, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with balcony, two TV, Wi-Fi, stereo with iPod dock, washing machine, dishwasher and parking in front of the house. In the bedrooms features two double beds (1.8 x 2 m) available. The apartment is situated on the edge of the center in a quiet side street. Shops and bus stop are nearby. The Festspielhaus is in 7 minutes to reach the center in 15 minutes. Cleaning and laundry service is weekly and is included in the price. A tax for private stays in the amount of currently EUR 3.20 per day per person is payable. It is a Non smoking apartment, no pets please.

Zu uns gehört unsere Ponys Coquine und Cerise, unsere Katzen Milow und Söckchen, unsere beiden Hunde Maya und Lotte, sowie unsere Hühnerschar mit dem Hahn Fritz. Im Sommer erfreuen uns "unsere" Schwalben mit ihrem Gezwitscher. Hier können Sie zu jeder Jahreszeit die Natur und regionale Kultur erleben. Im Nu schalten Sie um auf Erholung.

Wir vermieten auf unserem 2ha großen Waldgrundstück ein idyllisches Schwedenhäuschen für 2 Personen. Für Wellness-Fans ist auch die Buchung einer Massage in unserer Praxis möglich. Unsere mit Holz beheizte Faßsauna ist mit der Naturdusche bei unseren Gästen sehr beliebt. Die Sauna kann kostenpflichtig gebucht werden. Bettbezüge und Handtücher sind bitte mitzubringen oder gegen eine Gebühr leih bar. Matratze wird von uns frisch bezogen Auch Frühstück kann auf Anfrage dazu gebucht werden

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. Seit ca. 200 Jahren ist der Bahnhof ein Platz für Reisende und Urlauber. Heute kann man darin wohnen. Egal ob mit Freunden oder im kleinen Familienkreis. Hinter der Bahnlinie (5min Fußweg) findet ihr einen kleinen Bach, Felder, Wald und Wiesen. Ausflüge in den Schwarzwald, Nordelsaß, Europapark oder das Europabad sind von der Unterkunft aus gut zu erreichen.
