We have full power generator and water cistern. The hot tub maximum temperature is 85 degrees, if power goes out it will take time to warm up again.

The apartment is close to El Morro, the fort the Spanish Crown used to defend San Juan back in the day. The unit is for six guests, and having more guests is prohibited.
