The Lessee agrees to be responsible for the payments for electricity of 6 Baht per unit, will record the started units on arrival, will be monthly payment. (4). The Lessor will return the deposit when the Lessee vacates the house, and when all property is in good condition.(The electric cost out of monthly deducted from the deposit).
