Our cottage is situated directly on the Five Pits Trail, which provides miles of trails for walkers, bike and horse riders, there are also fishing ponds 500m along the trail. It's a beautiful character cottage newly renovated to a high standard. It is ideally situated, with Hardwick Hall 5 minutes drive away and the Peak District on our doorstep. Matlock, Crich Tramway Village, Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall within half an hour. We also have a hottub for you to relax in at the end of your day.

Peak view

Peak view is our cosy house located on the edge of the Peak District in the village of Tibshelf in a great central location for anyone wanting days out to Matlock bath, Chatsworth, Bakewell, Sherwood Forest or walks to nearby Hardwick hall. Peak view is a spacious 2 double bed home with a large open plan living area for relaxing after a busy day, also has a private outdoor area to relax. PLEASE NOTE, peak view is not suitable for guests with work vans unfortunately due to parking restrictions.

A self contained private bungalow with its own living room, kitchen, bathroom & bedroom. New Wifi router now added. Good access to bus, tram & train networks. Ideal for those travelling due to work. We live within a quiet small estate that is situated in the heart of Derbyshire. lots of little towns ,Belper is a lovely town with river gardens and lovely boutiques for shopping. Fancy walking or bike riding why not visit matlock or the peak district

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
