This is a one bedroom (King Bed and a single pull out) one bath space with a separate game/entertainment room with a pool table. It has a small coffee/snack bar area. This space is connected to the owner’s home and has a separate outside entrance. You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Perfectly nestled on the edge of Lake Wylie with panoramic sunsets, a fishing pier, a gentle-sloping yard, and plenty of outdoor space for fun! Cozy up to our floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with a favorite drink. Bring the family and enjoy kayaking and splashing in the water. Two bedrooms and an open loft upstairs with a double and a twin bed. Come unplug, relax, and reconnect with your favorite people. See you at the lake!

Belmont Riverside Cabin

Our secluded, lake front retreat has a variety of waterfowl, forest animals and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. Your 450 Sq. Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. ROYAL GOOSE 1- bedroom treehouse.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.

Whether you are walking the 155 acres of trails, relaxing with a good book on the porch, or enjoying the many animals on the property, you will leave here recharged. 5 minutes from downtown Waxhaw, 20 to Monroe, and 20 minutes to Ballantyne and Waverly.
