Perfect for couples and honeymooners, we have all you need for a memorable stay - including a hot tub on your own private porch, open-fire and fully equipped kitchen. a must do for a refresh and de-stress.

The Nest, Bude

Newly refurbished in 2023, this converted barn features underfloor heating throughout, a 43-inch smart TV (lounge) and 23-inch TV (breakfast bar), wood burner, large shower, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, washing machine, king bed, snuggle sofa (new for 2026), turfed area, deck, outdoor hammock and garden furniture. A little corner of heaven on our peaceful private farm just 2.5 miles from Bude, home to our chicken flock, two horses, two dogs and two cats. Hot tub available as an optional add-on.

'The Weekender' @Cleavefarmcottages, Crackington

The Weekender is a contemporary space,38sqm with stunning views all round step through the door and relax. The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from. Described by a recent guest as "The most beautiful small space they'd ever stayed in" It can be difficult to do anything here other than unwind. But if you can drag yourself away from this little gem it's a great place to explore North Cornwall's diverse delights from.

Little Green (Rural stay) Bude

An immaculately presented rural apartment, near beautiful Bude, North Cornwall. Situated along a rural country lane, we are close by to the outstanding beaches the area has to offer, including Widemouth Bay. A quiet and peaceful country setting, with local amenities close by. An ideal area for walking, cycling and surfing. The property is easy to access, with parking available on the driveway and a small step up to the entrance. A great base for exploring the local area.

Carrageen is in a beautiful part of the wild North Cornish coast, surrounded by green fields, yet with far-reaching views to the sea. A 12 minute drive to Widemouth Bay, a popular surfing beach, and 10 minutes to Bude…a thriving coastal town with award winning beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. Explore the stunning South West coastal path or pick up one of the cycle routes that pass the cottage. This is a perfect place to accommodate a peaceful or active getaway.

Cosy 2-bedroom home set in a quiet cul-de-sac on a friendly housing estate in Stratton, on the edge of Bude. The house features open-plan living downstairs with a split-level dining area, plus 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 double and 1 with bunk beds) & a family bathroom. Outside, enjoy front & rear gardens, with the enclosed rear garden offering beautiful views and acting as a real sun trap — perfect for relaxing after a day out. Off-road parking for two cars is included.

Little Springfield - coast and country!

Set in a quiet rural location, Little Springfield is a great place for relaxing. A luxury self-contained lodge in a super location, for families, walkers, cyclists and surfers. A 5 minute drive to Bude and its fine choice of places to eat and drink alongside award-winning beaches of Summerleaze and Crooklets. Opposite the lodge there is a large parking area and paddock exclusively for our guests for softball games, picnics and BBQs, with views across the valley.

Ground floor annex for two people, kitchenette, small dining and TV area. large bedroom with ensuite including shower. Off road parking space, 2 1/2 miles from good beaches. Local walks. Direct access to the A39 affording an easy link to North Cornwall and North west Devon. the studio is completely separate from the main house but like in a Travelodge or Premier inn you may hear people moving around the main house
