On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. Orchard Barn is in a rural location, the nearest shop restaurant/pub is 3 miles away, where EV charging is also available. We do not provide EV charging at the property. Two miles from A30 junction. The Gatehouse, Bradstone Manor

Stay in a Grade 1 listed Jacobean gatehouse, set in marvellous Devon countryside - a perfect place to unwind. The silence and stars at night are breathtaking. Our land has far reaching views to Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, and then slopes down to the Tamar river. You can walk over the 600 acre farm, or take to the nearby moors! The beaches of North Devon and Cornwall are only 45 minutes away.

Plenty of parking. Beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. One bedroom but plenty of space to use the put-you-up beds and use a cot. The lounge has a double sofa bed. Own kitchen and Bathroom. Private entrance. Secluded gardens. Close to the town centre and access to the A388. Well behaved pets allowed. Access to small gym. Free WiFi.
