Totally Beaching - Unit #2 is one of 4 spacious condos located a block from the beach & 2 blocks from the fishing pier in the heart of historic Cherry Grove. Each unit is 900sf with 2 bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen and living room with front and rear porch access. The rear porch overlooks a natural pond teeming with wading birds and other wildlife. Guests are provided the essentials: bed linens, towels/bath clothes, cookware, and keurig coffee maker. Unit #2 is on the 2nd level right.

This top floor unit allows for a peaceful getaway with no noise from above. Great restaurants nearby, 10 minutes to the beach 25 minutes to Broadway at the beach, and only 35 minutes to the airport. Enjoy the sunset on the back porch or relax inside with a movie and a home cooked meal. The kitchen is stocked to prepare simple dishes and most importantly, a Keurig for that fresh morning brew! Sun bathe by the pool (opens 5/15/25) and barbecue for lunch using the common area charcoal grill.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.
