This villa offers a breathtaking panorama. The house is located in an exceptionally picturesque location on a small plateau about a kilometre from the sea in Marina di Andrano. The accommodation was decorated with careful attention to detail and is very neat and tidy. Stone tubs, the restored antique bed, woven straw baskets, evoke the rural, rustic life and craftsmanship of the Salento region. The old wrought-iron bell for calling the family to the table is also a particularly charming feature.

La casa posizionata ad appena 10 metri dal mare con accesso privato alla scogliera, è dotata di tutti i più moderni comfort(aria condizionata, lavatrice,tv,forno elettrico, phon, giardino con barbecue, zona solarium, doccia esterna ed un posto auto. La "Carruba" ha una superficie di 40mq, una camera da letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con divano letto, un bagno con doccia ed una cucina separata. Entrambe dispongono di grandi terrazze panoramiche di fronte al mare ed in mezzo ad ulivi secolari, zona barbecue e zone relax.

The house is a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, a shower outside, 2 terraces overlooking the sea, a kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. Its also 2 km from the town of Castro, Tricase and many more little beautiful towns that you can explore by car. The house is private but still very close to bars and restaurants.
