This portion of the yard is fenced in for pets. There is a gas grill and firepit. The captain's quarters is a loft with a king bed. The berth includes a full pullout couch and twin bunk beds. Local restaurants are <1 mile away. Downtown and Wrightsville Beach are <15 min drive. Hidden treasure awaits!

The Solshack is a charming 2BD/ 1 BA coastal cottage 1.7 miles from Wrightsville Beach, UNCW and downtown Wilmington are also a quick drive. Cottage shares lush and private 1.5 acres with 2 other homes and has plenty of outdoor space and a deck for relaxing or bbq’ing. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals.
