Smještaj uključuje ograđeno dvorište s vrtom i besplatnim parkingom te prostorom za sunčanje i roštiljanje. Jedinica uključuje sobu sa televizijom i klima uređajem, odvojenu kupaonicu i kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, mikrovalnom pećnicom, kuhalom za vodu i ostalim kuhinjskim priborom. Pušenje je dozvoljeno. Stan se nalazi 1 minutu od samog centra grada gdje možete pronaći razne restorane, trgovine i sve što vam treba.

This is a romantic, bright apartment located in the city center of Cres. The building itself is 500 years old, made of stone and wood but the apartment was just refurbished in a very classy style. The apartment is on the second floor and consist of two rooms, of well equipped kitchen with dining area and of bedroom with king size bed and modern in room bathroom. There are two other apartments in the building, one of them being my home, so I will be at your service if needed.
