This two bed cottage is in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views. Walk through fields onto a footpath down to the picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Please note - bathroom refurbishment completed March 2026. The Coach House will still offer one full family bathroom for guests to share (with sink, loo, shower-over-bath). The new en-suite ‘dressing room’ will contain a sink, toilet and vanity area but it no longer has a separate shower.

West View Cottage - a perfect, cosy base

Tucked away in a peaceful location above the lovely village of Tideswell, West View Cottage is the perfect base to relax and explore the beautiful Peak District. Newly renovated, this self contained, cosy annexe is a light and welcoming space with its own entrance at the back of our family home. It has beautiful views across the valley but is within a short walk of excellent pubs, restaurants and cafe. Walking and cycling from the door or a short drive to all the Peak District attractions.

Millstone Cottage - Cosy Peak District Cottage

This semi detached cosy cottage in the quiet village of Taddington, is perfect for small families who would like to immerse themselves in the beauty of the Peak District National Park . Located mid way between Buxton and Bakewell, this cottage makes a perfect base for which to explore the two towns and surrounding areas. There are many excellent picturesque places to visit, from the doorstep, nearby Monsal Dale and the famous trail, Millers Dale and Chee Dale only a short walk away.

Friars Folly at Monks Retreat

In an elevated farm location this lovingly restored limestone cottage with original old oak beams is a spacious haven of peace and rustic charm. Situated where Monks Dale meets Millers Dale within a conservation area of outstanding natural beauty in the heart of the Peak District National Park. Sunnylea Cottage is a quintessentially English Cottage in the Heart of the Peak District, which has been beautifully renovated to provide an inspiring and creative space. It is located in central Tideswell, which is a wonderful village with many pubs and restaurants in walking distance of the cottage. Sunnylea is spacious yet cosy, with two log burning stoves! In summer months you can enjoy long evenings sitting out in the pretty garden at the back of the house.

White Peak Cottage

Newly renovated, this cosy yet modern cottage is located in a quiet village in the heart of the Peak District. Within walking distance of the village pub and within a short drive of beautiful Bakewell it is ideally located for you to enjoy all the Peak District has to offer. Ideally suited to couples or friends we also welcome families and allow two well behaved dogs. Check in days are Monday, Friday and Saturday, discounts on weekdays and for seven day breaks.

Litton Mill Retreat, Luxury Converted Mill

Nestled in the heart of the Peak District National Park, Litton Mill is a beautifully converted former watermill just minutes from the Monsal Trail. Recently renovated, the large apartment is 1,400 sqft & features a stunning open plan living, dining and kitchen space filled with natural light. Two spacious en suite bedrooms offer super king beds (or twins), each with an additional pull-out single bed, making it ideal for couples, families or groups.
