When you are not enjoying the lake, the house provides many spaces for your favorite yard games, a screen house to play cards or have a drink and unwind in large hot tub!

Our 4 bdrm, 2.5 bathroom suits short or long term stays. The location is ideal: 6 min from Kennebunkport, 15 min from Biddeford, and 30 min from Portland or Portsmouth! We hope to make you feel at home with the morning birds chirping and the calmness of the river just in back of the property.

The gently sloping property makes it ideal for multi-generational families. Swim in the summer, ice fish in the winter or just get away from it all in the fabulous peace and quiet of New Hampshire. Note that June - August rentals are a minimum seven night stays Saturday - Saturday.

There is lake access right into the water. Paddle board and kayaks available for some water fun. 🛶 In addition there is a fire pit with seating, gazebo with seating and outdoor TV, grill, and a swing set for the kiddos. Beautiful water views from inside the house too. 🌅 Lots of bed space for multiple families.
