Conveniently located 3 min to Jungle Rapids Water park, 10 min to Wrightsville beach & 10 min to historic downtown river front! The center of Wilmington!

Welcome to our newly renovated, modern retreat in the heart of downtown Wilmington! Our space was designed with contemporary elegance and chic details in mind to create the perfect backdrop for a stylish and comfortable getaway! With a central location, stunning river views and a chic design, this space sets the tone for a perfect experience!

Little Salt Guest House: steps from the water

Recently renovated guest house on a quiet, coastal street. Enjoy a relaxing five minute walk to the intracoastal waterway at the end of the street or take a quick drive to Trails End Park. A convenient and tranquil location about 15-20 minutes to Carolina Beach or Wrightsville Beach. The neighborhood has a private water access that is perfect for launching kayaks or SUPs . The house comes with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. We are dog friendly but require a $70 pet fee per pet.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Can comfortably sleep up to 8 people so there’s enough room for the whole group, and has a fenced-in yard so you can bring all your dogs (dogs only allowed). Immerse yourself in coastal charm & comfort at this thoughtfully designed home. Relaxation blends with beach-friendly vibes at this home, your vacation awaits!

Welcome to Ranch by the Ocean—a charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat that feels just like home! Nestled in a serene neighborhood along the intracoastal waterway, our getaway offers a fenced backyard, cooking supplies, laundry facilities, and beach gear. Enjoy a community dock for wildlife watching and ocean sounds. Carolina Beach is 8 minutes away, with Wrightsville Beach and Downtown Wilmington just 18 minutes away.

Pet Friendly Paradise; 15 Minutes to Beach/ D-Town

We loved living in this single story family home! It is located in a quiet neighborhood right in the center of town and less than a mile to shopping, dining, and movies. 15 minutes from Downtown, Carolina Beach, and Wrightsville Beach. The backyard is fully fenced in for pets, and there is private covered boat or RV parking available. Every bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of privacy.

Private Tiny Home in the Woods!

This is a small cabin at the back of our property that has good privacy from the main house. It's a cozy space, but with a King size bed and a loft it easily accommodates 3 people! Very close to the beach. Dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats), please add as a "pet" to your reservation. The fee is $30 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone. We have one available if required.
