Welcome to our renovated traditional stone built home! The interior features a modern hue, it is spacious and includes all the amenities to make your stay luxurious and comfortable. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden and walk around our picturesque village, or use it as a starting point to discover the numerous beaches of the island. We are located 200m to the port, there are 4 beautiful beaches in a range of 200m to 4km and within walking distance to the commercial part of Korissia.

Amelia: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Xyla Beach Studio 4 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The design of house follows the local architectural elements, while their construction combines minimalism with luxury. From the terrace you can access the shared pool of the complex as well as enjoy the marvelous sea view and the sunset. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the port through 4,5km of dirt road.

This lovely new villa is in one of the best locations on Kea, just an hour away from the port of Lavrio and Athens airport by the frequent ferries to and from Kea in the summer months. The villa is in a raised position overlooking the sheltered harbour of Vourkari, a traditional port of call for yachts and motor cruisers. The house is located on the hill of the harbor of Kea and its access is only by stairs (approx. 60 steps). It is a traditional one, built 55sqm by stone in the early 1900s, renovated with care, so that it keeps its traditional character and the feeling of its old use. At the same time it provides all the comforts of a modern house and it is easy and relaxing to live in. The view and the quietness are the biggest advantages of it.

The house is on two levels the first one includes a kitchen and 1 wc.The second 2 bedrooms with one bathroom.The house has a large terrace with amazing view to vourkari.

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο σπίτι μας! Παραδοσιακή καθοικιά, πλήρως ανακαινισμένη για να προσφέρει διαμονή μέχρι 4 άτομα στην περιοχή Πλάκα στις Ποίσσες Κέας. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη τοποθεσία, στη μέση ενός λόφου, 5 μόλις λεπτά από την παραλία των Ποισσών με μεταφορικό μέσο (μισή ώρα με τα πόδια) και 15 λεπτά από την Χώρα (Ιουλίδα), πρωτεύουσα του νησιού.
