Only a 20-minute drive to Seattle. 15-minute drive to world-class Woodinville wineries. A 5-minute drive to downtown Kenmore with many unique restaurants and breweries.

Spacious and welcoming, this fully equipped living area features a secure, separate entry off your own garden and patio. Our space is comfortable and cozy, with lots of natural light, outdoor space for you to enjoy, and close attention to detail. We welcome all - couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and adventurers.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

We have a compact but spacious-feeling 1 bedroom apartment that accommodates 4 guests with the addition of a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Open floor plan with the kitchen and living room. It offers a lot of windows and daylight with skylights in the kitchen and shower. We have a lovely west facing balcony that overlooks the the garden and provides territorial sunset views. It offers Northwest/Scandinavian modern design and a clean feel.
