THIS IS AN OPEN STUDIO WITH QUEEN BED, SMART TV, WIFI, SMALL KITCHENETTE WITH MICROWAVE, TOASTER OVEN AND SMALL FRIDGE. WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! ALSO NEXT DOOR TO THE DELICIOUS SANDWHICH SHOP AND FRISCO SHOPPING CENTER!

This home boasts one of the best views in the Outerbanks with direct access to the water and own pier. Grab the paddle boards or kayak from the closet, and take in all the sound has to offer from the water. Oceanside beach, coffee shops, restaurants & bar are a short walk.

Artsy Original Island Home next to Nature Preserve

Built in the 50's, located in a quiet neighborhood next to Springer's Nature Preserve, we kept the homey cozy granny decor. There is a generous screened porch for entertaining and dining. The large yard is surrounded by woods and provides direct access to the Springer's Point trail. The trail is a lovely path to the waterfront on the sound-side of the island, and home to impressive live oak trees, a historic graveyard, and the site of Blackbeard the Pirate's final battle!

This studio apartment is located just seven houses from the beach in Frisco--a quick 2 minute walk or an even quicker bike ride. Sleep well in a cozy king bed wake up and enjoy your coffee on a tucked-away patio. The space feels tucked away and is equipped with a mini fridge, griddle, waffle maker, coffee essentials, rice maker, and more. We'll see you soon!

The shared swimming pool is 14' x 28' (available from mid April -mid October from dawn to dusk for registered renters of the Cabanas) creating a haven for rejuvenation and tranquility. Fall is finally here and it's time for cozy:) Enjoy marsh views with an ocean backdrop from the covered porch of our little modern beach house. Designed and built by us, the Surf Bug has handcrafted details and everything you might need to feel at home while away from home. The beach is just a three minute walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.
