Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond and tennis court.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Brand new home boasts a few hundred feet walking distance to Marginal Way, the beach, great restaurants, shops and the center of town. Plenty to do nearby or relax at home. Watch the sunset, cook a nice meal in the welcoming kitchen, grill on the patio or read a book in the quaint, picturesque backyard….the options are limitless. The Crow's Nest

This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.

Cozy Cabin with hot tub, walk to beach, rock cove

Guest cabin in a private setting down a private road with short walk to Cape Neddick Beach and a secluded pebble beach. Guests have exclusive use of the firepit, outdoor sitting area and hot tub. The cozy and rustic post and beam cabin has two levels with a ladder to the loft level. Private and romantic for a couple, fun for a couple and one or two kids or just two adults.
