Typical Istrian stone house is located in the small village of Čepić.Only 10 minutes to the sea by the car, and 25 minutes to the mountain Učka by car.15 minutes from city Labin by car.3 minutes from the shop by car. We have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, terrace, and a big garden with kids playground and swimming pool. Swimming pool is not shared with other people. Extra costs, to be paid on site (€): Pets, maximum 1 allowed (please reserve) 10 € per pet / day. You can pay when you arrive.

We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Children will especially enjoy the playground.
