The Octagon is set in 2.2 acres of beautiful private woodland. It is visually secluded, and all yours for your group to explore and enjoy. The land is surrounded by open fields and farm tracks yet you are 15 mins walk from all town centre amenities. Great for families and friends and as a retreat space. Please note there are 7 beds in the octagon sleeping 10. The caravan is an extra £100. Please note we are not a "party" house and expect our guests to respect the space. Hot tub/sauna are £220.

This self-contained unit is an annex to our own house so we are available to welcome you, offer advice or help you plan your stay. The accommodation is on 2 floors with the lounge/kitchen area, and bathroom + shower downstairs, and a large, double bedroom upstairs, 2 sofa beds + child's sofa bed. It is comfortable for 2-4 people but can sleep up to 5 people with two single sofa beds downstairs. If you need an extra bed, a double bedroom is available in the house. Small charge for a fifth adult

The property has a private parking area and garden. It has numerous footpaths and cycle routes on its door step and within the beautiful local village Abbots Bromley you will find 4 Pubs, Tearoom's, Indian Takeaway, Butchers and a well stocked village shop . The annex is perfect for short breaks visiting family, friends and business trips.

The Huts are situated on gentle grass banks in a mixed apple/pear/plum orchard. The main path leads up to a field for tent pitches if you have extra guests with spectacular views of the Peak District. Fernilee Hut has a double bed, table and chairs and a wood stove. Running along the Shropshire/ Staffordshire boarder you can find our Walnut Tree Hut nestled into a hill it offers views not to be missed. The huts are designed for the perfect peaceful adult getaway, sadly we do not allow babies and children, so get in a baby sitter and get your stay booked!

Berry Bottoms Cabin a hidden gem

Berry Bottoms Cabin is a hidden gem nestling into a sloping hillside overlooking a wildlife pond This self-contained cabin, easily sleeps 2 but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed. This is all about outside living with a semi-outdoor kitchen area and ample outdoor seating areas for BBQs or just relaxing and listening to the birds. It is approached on foot down a sloping track ( it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues). Peace and Tranquility, yet close to local amenities!

Park on the drive and enter the galley kitchen that leads to a garden oasis, designed for peace and tranquility. Walk across the courtyard with outdoor dining table and enter the cabin which has a bedroom with en-suite and lounge. This is an indoor / outdoor dining experience as well as enjoyment from evenings out in the local restaurants and pubs. There are local walks 15 minutes away. Set back from Green Lane which can be a little busy at certain times of the day.
