Yara Residence is a newly-built complex of 4 independent homes, located in the village of Kampos, next to the airport.​ Villa Yara is part of the complex - made with love and ready to receive a group of friends or a family of up to 7 people. The villa features a private pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and dining area.​ Guests can enjoy a terrace and a balcony with sitting areas, as well as a shared garden with BBQ. Our Villa consists of two queen size bedded rooms one of which contains an en-suite. It has an additional main bathroom ( outside of the bedroom ) and an outdoor WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The living room consists of a built in sofa which can accommodate for 1 Guest. There is also a swimming pool, jacuzzi on the terrace and a barbecue area where you can enjoy a warm cooked meal whilst indulging in your daily swim.

The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.
