My mother Mireja, who has extensive experience in renting apartments, is helping me rent this nice apartment located in the heart of Hvar. The olive trees surround this small stone house.The house is built from natural materials.Electricity is provided by solar panels and water is naturally sourced.Situated 10 min. drive from the beach and village of Prižba.Town Blato is 3km away where you have shops,bus stop,etc.We recommend getting to the house by car.Should you require to rent a car we can provide that service.If you are looking for a beautiful view of sea,islands,with some peace and quiet feel free to make a booking. Panoramic sea view, vacation home "Jerula"

Vacation home "Jerula" is located on south side of island Vis. It has awesome panoramic view on most beautiful archipelago of island Vis and big terrace which is equipped with swimming pool, lounge, sundeck area and outdoor dining table with a grill. The house is newly built on cascade terrain and combined with garden allows You intimacy, privacy and comfort during Your vacation. The house consists of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet and open space with living room, dining area and kitchen.

Pool Villa Rogac, Vis

On the ground floor the outdoor area with a swimming pool leads to the separate one bedroom apartment connected via outside staircase to the main house. The main fully equipped kitchen and dining/living area are located on the first floor with floor to ceiling glass door leading to the terrace. The staircase leads up to the second floor with two double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. Master bedroom with terrace offering amazing sea views is located on the top floor.

Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated old Dalmatian stone house, steps from the waterfront but hidden in a quiet courtyard. Few minutes walking distance from the ferry, just meters from the sea, our house offers the high quality and well organized space for up to 4 persons. Centrally located in the center of Vis, it is very close to great amenities like restaurants, waterfront, beach, bars and even the world's unique "Mvsevm" place. House is not suitable for kids and toddlers.

It is a fully-equipped and stylish home. You will share the nature with lovely birds, hedgehogs, rabbits and our 4 cats.

Ima svoj mostić s kojeg možete skočiti i osvježiti se u kristalno plavom moru. Do kuće se može doći pješice kamenim putem, a udaljenost od parkinga je cca 500m. Prije rezervacije molimo provjerite odgovara li mjesto vašim očekivanjima.
