House Nikol is located in a quiet forested area on the outskirts of the nature reserve called Rt Kamenjak near the Pula. We cannot emphasise enought the seclusion of this accommodation,you will have no neighbours,no traffic noises,just natural surroundings and tranquility. House is located only about 100m from the sea and about 700m to the nearest beach. The local supermarket (bank,cafes,phatmacy,etc..),are 800m away. On the way from the apartment to the beach is our olive grove with 100 olive trees. Our cool and comfortable Studio comfortably fits two people. It is located on a quiet street, just a few minutes from the center of Premantura. It is possible for third person to stay in, but is an extra cost. Pets are allowed. It is payable and it costs 15 euro per day for one pet. Air conditioning/heating is payable, 10 euro per day.
