Our brightly lit, mountain view apartment nestled into one of Seattle's hippest neighborhoods is a perfect base to explore the city. This private refuge includes a cozy bedroom, living room with mountain view, nicely appointed kitchen and en suite bathroom. Downtown Ballard and quiet Phinney Ridge, both boasting an array of restaurants and shops all within walking distance.

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here.
