The Annexe, within the owner’s enclosed grounds, is set in the peaceful Devon countryside, well located for many different activities including; surfing, walking, fishing, cycling and sightseeing. Just a 5 minute drive from Roadford Lake, with a café serving all day, and beautiful cycle paths, footpaths and water sports to suit all levels. Bude just 40 mins by car with everything that a Cornish town has to offer. Hosts live on site, so happy to share hidden gems.

Situated in the heart of Devon, Bridge Cottage is a traditional cob cottage nestled on the banks of the river Torridge, on the edge of the picturesque village of Sheepwash. The 2 bed / 2 bath cottage offers a homely rural retreat for up to four guests – a relaxing space at the end of an active day, or a tranquil place to simply escape. The property has its own cottage garden as well as a private riverbank woodland from where you can fish - or relax by the water and watch the local wildlife.

Rural Shepherds Hut Devon 25 mins from the sea

A luxury Shepherds Hut set in the heart of Devon is easily accessible to Dartmoor and Bude beach. A cosy log burning stove inside, secure garden, your own field which is totally off grid, gives you the space and quiet to relax. Living area -a TV sofa which also doubles as a sofa bed. You are welcome to have a firepit and BBQ's in the fields. Our Blacknose Valais sheep are nearby to keep you company. Sit watch amazing display of stars, no light pollution. The old hayloft on 22 acre country smallholding

A beautiful converted hayloft with its own enclosed garden, set in the grounds of a 22 acre smallholding. Rural, only 5 mins drive to local pub. There is a menagerie of animals to meet + wildlife, lakes, stream and woodland. Views to open farmland, parking. Perfectly situated, near Okehampton, for exploring Dartmoor and the north coasts of Devon and Cornwall including Bude , Widemouth and Sandymouth . 1 double bed ,1 single bed and travel cot. Suit couples, small family, dog friendly.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature with views over fields and forest. Decompress from the stresses of life in the hot tub in total peace and quiet. Enjoy the twin shower together or relax in the superking bed with pure wool duvet and pillows and relaxed, cosy pure linen. NB at present there is other works on the farm hence the reduced price of this gorgeous barn conversion. The other works will not affect your stay in the actual barn, or the peace and quiet.

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Hay Meadow Farm, Cosy Thatched Holiday Cottage

Hay Meadow Farm is a 12th century thatched manor house with origins dating even further back. As mentioned in the Doomsday Book the farm is steeped in history and the cottage with its inglenook fireplaces and exposed wooden beams is brimming with character. Situated in an extremely rural setting the manor house and meadows are very tranquil indeed. Surrounded on three sides by woodland and with meadow on the other, you can really get the sense of privacy and seclusion.

Orchard Barn

Self contained converted barn adjacent to owner’s cottage, with views over Dartmoor. Property comprises, double bedroom, shower room and living room with with small kitchenette and dining area. Orchard Barn is in a rural location, the nearest shop restaurant/pub is 3 miles away, where EV charging is also available. We do not provide EV charging at the property. Two miles from A30 junction. Dartmoor 8 miles, Bude 16 miles and Launceston 5 miles

West Wing of Secluded Farmhouse w/ Glorious Views

Owl's Retreat is the two story, self contained westerly wing of our secluded farmhouse surrounded by farmland. It is full of character with stone walls, oak beams and a large cathedral window in the master bedroom. There are far reaching views throughout. It is the perfect base to explore North Devon countryside & nearby Cornwall beaches. Come back, relax and unwind, enjoy the sunset in the garden or a movie in front of the log burning stove.

Detached cottage on the edge of Dartmoor. Located down a bumpy farm lane, adjacent to a private equestrian smallholding. Dogs welcome. Well equipped kitchen, good quality sofas and beds, unlimited superfast WiFi, reserved car parking space with EV charge point (see ^ below), gas central heating and wood burning stove for a cosy winter stay, air-conditioning for a comfortable summer stay.
