Kuca La Providenca nalazi se u mirnom dijelu grada.Udaljena je od najbliže pješćane plaže 3,5 km. U okolici nalazi se puno markiranih pješaćkih i biciklističkih staza. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
