It was built by us featuring a private hot tub, perfect for stargazing on a clear night. This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and vaulted ceiling, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also add a private sauna experience and/or request a private log fired hot tub night.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Hockings Green is a luxury, spacious 2 bedroom / bathroom barn located just off the A38 in a tranquil rural hamlet, close to Looe, Seaton, Polperro, Talland Bay, Bodmin Moor, Plymouth and The Eden Project. It is in an ideal location for exploring all of Cornwall and West Devon. Converted from a derelict cowshed in 2017; set in a large, beautifully landscaped courtyard alongside our other 2 holiday cottages, Pascoe Pippins and Gilliflower - all named after Cornish cider apples

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

Welcome to our Shepherd's Hut plonked on our little smallholding next to our much loved home. On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for two people to explore the surrounding area. There is private parking for 6 cars, with an EV charge point, a huge decked area and a large, secure garden.
