This new townhome is centrally located between Navarre (10 miles) and Pensacola (13 miles) beaches, across the highway from the zoo, and less than half a block walk to the community pool, which includes BBQs, bathrooms, and a kids play area. The garage has been converted to a game room with a card table and chairs, a queen sleeper sofa, books, and TV. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, inside or outside.
