Welcome to East Bay Getaway, a private studio nestled in the woods. This clean and comfortable room with private entrance is a MIL suite attached to your host's home, on more than an acre. It features a kitchenette (no stove), high-speed WiFi, 32" smart TV, and dedicated HVAC system. Plenty of outdoor space, with a large pool and hot tub in the shared, privacy fenced backyard. This suite is just minutes from Pensacola Beach & just 2 lots from the water. You'll catch a glimpse of Pensacola Bay from your private entrance on the end of the house. Queen memory foam bed, fast wifi, patio, kitchenette, micro, fridge, Keurig, desk. Note: There is no kitchen sink, the bathroom has a tall faucet. Bedroom w/Roku TV, closet, beach gear, mini-split. This suite is sealed off with double locked doors.
