Der Hierholzer Weiher ist Lebensraum für Libellen, Wasserinsekten, Laichplatz zahlreicher Kröten und Frösche sowie sommerlicher Treffpunkt und Naturbadeplatz für Einheimische und deren Gäste. Der grosse Dachüberstand in Richtung Weiher stellt zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum zum ebenerdigen 34m² Studio zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1.000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht aus dem Atrium mit Granitfelsen super Alpensicht. Wir versorgen dich mit PV-Strom und Batteriespeicher.

Centrally located appartment, black-forest view

The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. And we hope they feel welcome in our house. Of course we give you tips for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc....

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Freiburg

Willkommen in meiner Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung ist ruhig und etwa 200m vom Dietenbachsee gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist auch etwa 500m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Mit der Straßenbahn kommt man gut vom Hauptbahnhof zur Ferienwohnung. Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung mit viel Licht. Nach Absprache kann ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Ich wohne direkt unter der Wohnung und stehe für Fragen bereit.

Welcome to our super cozy apartment at the heart of the black forest! We are 300m from the lake, close to premium hiking trails and only 800m to the train station - for free trips throughout the black forest region due to the free "KONUS-Karte". We are only 15 min from Feldberg Ski Arena/Nature reserve and 5 min (by car) from skiiing slopes/crosscountry tracks.

Our 140 sqm spacious and luxurious apartment BohoAmSee is far away from the pseudo-Black Forest parlor chic, but close to the largest lake and in the center of the Black Forest. Individualists with a feeling for living are our guests. In the house there is, as a perfect addition to the private sauna, a first-class Ayurvedic massage practice. The location and idyll of the village, the bakery within walking distance and the good (one with Michelin star) restaurants are the gourmet's paradise.

Our 3-star holiday apartment with terrace and lake view in the middle of the leisure center, near the ski lift, near the cross-country ski runs and toboggan run. Next door the youth hostel. Directly in front of the house there is a new beach volleyball field, outdoor fitness equipment, basketball field, Kneipp pool with a barefoot path about 200 meters away. Indoor pool, sauna and ice rink a few steps away. Mini golf course, tennis court and children's playground are about 200 meters away.

Schöne neu renovierte Ferienwohnung im Gletscherkessel Präg. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat eine traumhafte und idyllische Lage mitten im Schwarzwald, umgeben von viel Natur und Wanderwegen. Sie ist außerdem sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt viele Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis wie Steinwasenpark, Hängebrücke, Rodelbahn, Wasserfall, Skipisten uvm. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 5 bis 7 km entfernt. Titisee, Feldberg, Schauinsland uvm. in der Nähe.

Der einzige Haken ist, dass der tolle Ausblick vom Frühstückstisch dich manchmal davon abhält, aufzubrechen und die tolle Umgebung zu erkunden. Auf Wunsch durch Buchung des benachbarten Studios "Auszeit" erweiterbar. Strand/Seeufer sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Im Sommer steht ein Kanu für 2-3 Personen den Gästen zur Verfügung. Edeka-Markt, Bahnhof und Ortsmitte sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Ferienwohnung "Am Storchennest" Unser ehemaliger Bauerhof befindet sich in Teningen in der Nähe von Freiburg, einem Ort mit viel Sonne und großartigem, warmen Klima. Er liegt ideal zwischen Kaiserstuhl und Schwarzwald. Hier im besonderen Ambiente des alten Anwesens mit dem wunderschönen Innenhof läßt es sich gut und ruhig wohnen. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock der früheren Heuscheune mit Blick auf den Schwarzwald und (!) das Storchennest.
