Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

If you want a unique holiday in a luxury house in Istria, Villa Dolina is the perfect choice! Located in the small Istrian village of Šivati, the villa offers privacy and relaxation for the whole family. In front of the house is a large pool (52 m²) with sun loungers and a sunbathing area, while the sauna and jacuzzi provide extra luxury. Villa Dolina accommodates 10 guests in four spacious bedrooms with four bathrooms. The villa is air-conditioned, with free WiFi and private parking.

Kuća za smještaj 4+1 osobe u mirnom selu udaljenom 20 minuta od Rovinja i drugih poznatih odredišta. Cijela kuca ima podno grijanje i u zimskim mjesecima je vrlo ugodno boravit u njoj. Kuća ima 2 spavaće sobe, svaka soba ima svoju kupaonicu, u dnevnom boravku se može smjestiti još 1 osoba. Kuhinja je opremljena sa svim aparatima a na terasi uz bazen je i vanjska kuhinja sa krušnom peći i roštiljem. U dvorištu je bazen 8x5m i jos jedan objekt u kojemu je sauna i još jedna kupaonica.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Holiday house Matija with a POOL

The house has a surface of a 135m2 and it consists of a kitchen well equipped, dining room with a living room and one bedroom with a bathroom. Trough a steps you will come on the second floor of the house where is situated one bedroom with a 2 single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. Here is also one more bathroom with a shower and washing machine. You will find here under the roof a small couch and very romantic corner.

The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
