Villa is surrounded by rolling hills and green nature offering a never ending options for bicycling, hiking and running. Gourmet restaurants and excellent wines provided by some extremely popular local Istrian and Croatian wineries can be enjoyed in nearby historical town Rovinj.

Villa Laeta - feel true colors of Istria

NOTE: only Saturday to Saturday reservations accepted. Traditional Istrian house located in the heart of Istria in the small village of Mrkoči, surrounded with untouched nature. The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.

Villa Kameneo -Stonehouse with garden & pool

In 2018 we fell in love with this over 100 year stone house and renovated it in the last years. The house is located in a small village not far from Rovinj and the sea. It has three air-conditioned bedrooms with three double and two single beds. In addition, our guests have two bathrooms and a large kitchen with living and dining area. The 700m2 mediterranean garden has a pool (27m2) and a covered summer kitchen with a grill.

Old Mulberry House

Authentic Istrian stone house built in 1922. This house is fully renovated and equipped to provide you all you need. Modern interior, fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living room, spacious bedrooms with private bathroom, an outdoor dinning area with grill, private pool and parking on the property. Each room is carefully designed by our designer. All this will afford you enjoy your holidays and fill up your batteries.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Holiday house Benina Rossa is located in central Istria in Zminj in the small village of Slivari. The house has a large yard, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, play facilities such as table tennis, volleyball nets, etc. Inside the house is equipped with kitchen, living room, fireplace, wine cellar, 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets.
