Located on the banks of the Derwent it's exceptionally placed to walk by the river to Derby cathedral. With courtyard, Wifi, Smart TVs, kitchen, lounge, one double & one queen sized bedroom, small sofa bed and delightful Jack ‘n’ Jill bathroom, this is a rare find near the old Mills. NB. Stairs can be steep for the infirm.
