We are walking distance to local restaurants, shops, museums, concerts and trails! Sit, relax and enjoy the outdoors from one of the three decks or around the fire pit! Come and visit Florida's Nature Coast! We are near to Weeki Wachee River! Crystal River to visit the manatees and many other springs! Bike from here right to Withlacoochee State Trail!

A prime location for bikers and cycling with some of the only rolling hills in Florida. 30 minutes from Tampa attractions: Busch Gardens, Tampa Premium Outlets, Straz Center, ZooTampa. Local attractions: Giraffe Ranch, Kumquat Festival. Down the road is Snow Cat Ridge, Tree Hoppers, Scream-a-geddon. Directly on Lake Dowling with great bass fishing. Fishing kayaks (3), dock with custom kayak launch, four bedrooms (2 primary suites), 3 full/2 half baths, lux fully equipped kitchen, heated pool, fire pit, games, library, washer/dryer, birdwatching & stargazing. Water’s Edge promises an unforgettable experience in a stunning natural setting.

Tucked away on the nature trail only a short walk from parking you'll find your weekend retreat. A cozy cabin perfect for a romantic getaway or weekend trip with the family. This is a work in progress, hand built and currently a blank canvas. Current sleeping arrangements is for 3 but can accommodate more on site for an additional charge to put up a tent. Spacious wooded area with picnic table and fire pit. There's no bathroom inside the cabin. but it's a short walk to our campsite bathroom.
