Each bungalow is private so you can get quality time with the one you love. You will wake up with the birds singing and take your morning coffee surrounded by mountains and coconut trees. During the evening, you can watch stunning sunsets from your swimming pool. It is an eco-friendly project. We decided no to put AC but insulation instead to reduce the heat.

Baan Karuna has a king size / 6ft / 180cm wide bed with luxurious eco linens, plus an additional daybed and room for a cot or one further small bed. Beautifully appointed jungle view shower room, a large balcony living space with hammock, sofa/coffee table.

Garden Home 1 is a 1 bedroom house with kitchen located in Haad Yao; arguably one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island. Haad Yao directly translated means "Long Beach". The house is set in tropical gardens and enjoys complete privacy whilst also being only a 2 minute walk away from the beach and the vast array of shops and restaurants. It has recently been renovated to a high standard and comes fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay a very comfortable one!

Its situated around the amazing nature, a lot of coconut trees, banana trees and amazing flowers, its 3min walk to Haad Salad beach.
