I turned an office space into a lodging, trying to ensure that "what you see is what you get". It's 2 semi-single beds and a sofabed located in the office space with a dining/work space. It features a small kitchen and a toilet but NO shower so you'd have to live like some of the other locals that don't have showers and use the public baths or "sentos".
