Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

Nearby amenities include Hicks Lodge (National Cycle Centre), Conkers, Ashby Castle, Charnwood Forest Alpacas and Calke Abbey are a few!

Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

You can enjoy access to extensive gardens and great local Walks & Pubs. Situated in North West Leicestershire's beautiful countryside only a few miles from junction 13a A42 & junction 23 M1, making Loughborough, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham and Birmingham all around a half hour car journey.

The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
