Sound View, Dock, .1 mile to beach access

A beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex with amazing views of the sound! Enjoy the sunset on the shared dock! There are kayaks for sunrise and sunset paddles across the sound (a hold harmless agreement must be signed before these items may be used). Beach access is a few yards away, and we provide a beach utility cart for your belongings. Enjoy, dining areas in each living room, cable, amazing internet, shared dock, and an outdoor shower in the back. Private laundry room is downstairs. We do provide linens at no additional charge unlike other properties on the island. However, you will need to make sure there is one load in the dryer, one load in the washer, and only one load remaining upon check out. Trash must be taken to dumpsters and dishwasher must be loaded and started as well. Additional $20 cleaning fees will be charge for each if not completed. If you would like a Linen Service for your stay, please reach out for potential contacts. Dog Friendly. We allow well behaved, house trained dogs under 50 pounds. Max of 2 dogs. Beautifully located duplex in the tree lined Harbor Island community of Wrightsville Beach. Amazing view of Banks Channel from the top floor porch/sunroom along with the back door stunning sunset view over the marsh and elementary school. Enjoy riding our bikes, paddling on provided kayaks in Banks Channel across the street, a jog around the famous 2.5 mi loop, or a fun day at the beach! Easy 10-minute walk or very short bike ride to the beach, bars, restaurants, coffee, shopping, and ice cream

The Riverbend @ Old River Acres

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Riverbend is located just outside of Wilmington NC in the quaint town of Burgaw. Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

Fishing paradise and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small jon boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

Hangin' Loose in Surf City is our piece of paradise at the beach, just a few miles south of the Surf City bridge. It's located on a quiet neighborhood street and is short walk to our neighborhood's private beach access or private day dock (no boat ramp) with direct access to the sound. The day dock is perfect to get use from the kayaks provided with your stay (4 single, sit-on-top kayaks), or come out to fish off of it! Must be 25 years old for rental.
